Unobstructed ocean views in a cozy setting

"Fay is an excellent host! My wife and I (and our dog) wanted some down time and this house was perfect! Fay’s instructions for check in were easy to manage and timely. There was a welcome basket of a bottle of wine and delicious snacks awaiting us when we arrived, and the views from the family room were magnificent!! The large windows overlook Dillion Beach and the Pacific Ocean. The walk to the beach is literally just a few minutes. The house had all the amenities we could need including for all of our cooking. Throughout the week, Fay answered any inquiry I had quickly and thoughtfully.Couldn’t have asked for a better week. We look forward to another opportunity to stay!"

"The house is adorable. Craftsman style inside and out. The bedrooms are comfy. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The temperature was glorious. Some things could be updated. It has a quiet setting except for Tuesday morning when 4 garbage trucks roll by. Downtown has a nice General Store and a wonderful bakery. As with other restaurants, it is closed Tuesday and Wednesday. I heard that “Out the door” is good but we missed ordering on Sunday and then you pick it up on Monday.We found the location was convenient for going south, west and north for Oysters!!!"

"The building is beautifully restored and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The website claims the hotel has organic artisanal coffee, and I found a Kurig in the lobby with organic Kirkland pods which was disappointing. Other than that the stay was great."

"Stayed here before - the kitchen and living area so easy and relaxing. Love the deck overlooking the ocean- you can see the people on the beach as well as the people in the water or flying kites. The neighborhood is awesome, each time we go to Dillion Beach we meet more locals and those staying short term. Joy is so responsive and addresses any concerns. We had such a great time celebrating my husband's birthday. The weather was awesome. Having a washer and dryer was nice too- didn't need to pack as much."

There was plenty of room to gather in the living room, cook big meals, play and sleep. The hosting agency were very kind, responsive and helpful before and during our stay. Highly recommended"
