Set on a fully fenced 550sqm block, Shell Shack provides plenty of grassy space for outdoor play. Guests have full access to the Shell Shack and will have exclusive use of the property. It is important to note that The Pipi cannot be booked on its own. Guests can either choose to book it (which will incur a seperate flat fee of $300 to cover cleaning and linen expenses), or leave it unoccupied. This allows maximum flexibility for guests wanting a bit more room, while also assuring complete privacy and exclusive access regardless of whether The Pipi is requested or not.
