"Amazing location right in the heart of Ajaccio right by the market and the harbour. The host lives 90 minutes away and therefore a concierge service handles the logistics locally.Unfortunately, we experienced some logistical issues and a difficult host. One bed was broken and unusable. The host offered to inspect and repair, however there is only one copy of the house key, which which was in our possession as guests.To facilitate a repair, the host expected us to either remain in the house...

"Room was simple and clean. Nice pool (swim with goggles!). My only complaint was the WiFi which, on the day I stayed, was too slow to do anything useful with. Heads-up that there are multiple places in Ajaccio with "Castel Vecchio" as the name. Make sure to use the correct address when finding this hotel."
