Casa de Luna (formerly Casa Esmeralda) is located in the gated community of La Jolla de Guasacate. This exclusive property has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms equipped with AC, high speed internet, kitchen, and laundry room (by request). Backyard pool has spectacular views of the Emerald Coast located between two surf wave zones. Perfect destination for families and friends looking for an unforgettable vacation. Sleeps 6-8 guests with 250kw electricity use per week, guests assume surplus (if any)

The space:
First floor contains the downstairs master bedroom and bathroom, guest full bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, and living room. Second floor contains the upstairs master bedroom and bathroom, third bedroom and foyer. Outside patio has lounge chairs, pool, and grill.

House is equipped with A/C and back-up generator that can be turned on by the Property Manager. Laundry room is available upon request but is normally locked for short term stay.

Guests can access the La Jolla Hotel facilities and the restaurant. Visitors must register with the hotel before being allowed to enter the front gate.

Other things to note
The property is a short 12-minute drive to main surf break in Popoyo and a 7 minute drive to Guasacate restaurant row. Other surf spots such as Playa Santana, Playa Colorado, El Astillero, Chacocente, Lance's Left, and Playgrounds are around the area. Head south or north and guests will find amazing surf.
