All units are newly built with all modern amenities. The condo unit has a full kitchen with everything you need. Dining room table, full living room with couches and a Smart TV, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with hot water, and an outdoor patio looking our at the Pacific Ocean. Although listed as having use of a pool, there is no pool for the condos. Also listed in popular amenities a washer and dryer, there are NO washers or dryers. Also many days the Water pressure really really low. I’m sure they will continue to work out the details as they get more people.
