While not on beach per se it was walkable to pier and bay access. Fishing and crabbing from pier or with your boat. House was very clean and well equipped, showed recent renovation and updates. Comfortable beds, house well stocked with towels, bedding, pillows. Well equipped kitchen with new appliances. Plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, etc. Airy and light interior. Accommodating floor plan for both privacy and socializing. Upstairs loft not suitable or easily accessible for adults but inviting for child's play or sleep. Quiet surroundings, even with adjacent RV park and marina activity. Not a choice if night life, shopping, entertainment and city life is your vibe. Do not expect lengthy ocean beach walking as those properties are mostly private homes and there is a waterfront protection barrier blocking access. Perfect for laid back relaxation, reading, walking, nature, birdwatching, retreat, etc. Walk to Nelson Fish Market to buy seafood. Sport and commercial fishing. Excellent dining at historic Tokeland Hotel about 5 min away.
