"The staff were wonderful. After being stranded due to a diverted flight, they took good care of a plane full of people. They even had a complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste since the airline wouldn’t release carryon bags. Breakfast was delicious and the shuttle service was super helpful! "

While the building could use some updating & the work in progress, it's clear that the staff are doing their best with what they have. Our room was clean and provided everything we needed. The overnight staff member was especially outstanding—friendly, hard-working, and always helpful throughout our stay. The complimentary breakfast was a convenient option to start the day, and though it was simple, it’s nice that it’s included. Coffee and warm items like eggs, sausage, and biscuits were available every morning. The effort to provide hot breakfast is appreciated. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, which made a big difference. With some renovations and a few updates this place could really shine. Overall, it’s a decent place for travelers on a budget, and the hospitality of the team truly stands out."
