My red flag is that they should have breakfast included with the price and not as an extra. But also there were fruit flies flying around the bread but whatever there are starving children that would be grateful otherwise. I’m a simple customer and I make the best out all my experiences. The neighborhood around is beautiful. It’s convenient that the location is midpoint between Amsterdam and Zandvoort beach. The shower was good and I slept like a newborn. Staff were sweethearts though. My only thing is that for a family of four with two kids, expect to pay 45 euro extra, that’s two buffets and two continental breakfasts. Also don’t use the toilet downstairs if you have to go number 2, it’s clogged. I would stay again if the price is right and breakfast is actually included and not extra.

Unser Aufenthalt war wieder sehr schön.
Die Kommunikation und die Schlüsselübergabe im Beach Club waren sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.
Die neuen geschützten Terrassen, mit Lounge und Sonnenschirm, sind einfach toll geworden.
Nur was zum zweiten Mal zu bemängeln war ist, dass es kein Gefrierfach, wie im Buchungsverlauf beschrieben ist, vorhanden war. Das passt nicht zu dem Standard und ist immer gerade Sommer ein echter Mangel.
Uns wurde aber auf Anfrage angeboten, zwei mal am Tag im Beach Club Eiswürfel zu holen zu dürfen.
Und das, wohl nach dem Besitzerwechsel, die Fernseher zwar noch an der Wand hängen, aber alle nicht funktionieren, gerade zur WM, war auch sehr ungünstig.
Bitte ändernd Sie doch fairerweise ihre Beschreibung.
Wir kommen trotzdem sehr gerne wieder, weil es einfach unbeschreiblich schön war :-)

"The room had stains all over the carpet. Couldn't have any fresh air as door opened on a "promenade". Hotel was on the beach. Our view was a building site. Breakfast was disgusting. Flies in orange juice, milk had cuddled. Eggs, bacon & mushrooms horrible. My Son couldn't eat it."
