A hidden gem. Through the gate and behind the fence is a private court yard sitting area which leads to the front door.
Each guest has a personalized door code for the length of your stay.
This is a two level home with stairs all bedrooms are on the second floor along with two full bathrooms. First floor has Kitchen, living room, half bath & laundry.
Just a 2 miles to Indian River and many beautiful surrounding parks, as well as fantastic restaurants such as Pier220, Shilo’s Steak house & Salsa’s.

Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Put dowels back in sliding door track.
Roll up balcony shades
DO NOT make up used beds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

You must park vehicle in 1680 number designated spaces. No trailers or RV's.
Remove all trash frequently, do not set it outside in courtyard or of gate. Take it to dumpster at the end of the parking lot. Leave used bed unmade.
