Very nice!
Ann and John are wonderful hosts. The apartment was as advertised, clean, quiet, and safe. We unfortunately didn't have time to spend in the hot tub or pool, but they were open and ready for us. Both beds were super comfy, and loved how there were spices, oils, teas, and coffees available for use. Also, there were lots of extras like different shampoos, bug sprays, nail polish remover...just a lot of things you don't think about when traveling. It was so nice to have them available and no need to purchase extra while there. Thank you for the nice stay!!

Perfect location and wonderful place to relax!
I stayed for the weekend to relax after running events in Orlando all week and it was the perfect way to recharge! It’s right on the road to lead out to the Canaveral National Seashore, and was close to cocoa beach as well! The hot tub has fantastic jets for relaxing after a long day and the family was super nice and incredible hosts!! Great space, fully equipped, super clean, helpful hosts, highly recommend 5 stars!! Definitely would stay again!

A Memorable Stay with Amazing Hosts at Ann & John's Holiday Rental
We recently had the pleasure of staying at Ann & John's holiday rental, and I can confidently say it was a truly exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, Ann & John's hospitality and warmth made us feel like we were visiting old friends rather than staying at a rental property. They were incredibly hospitable, welcoming, helpful, and caring, and it was evident that they genuinely enjoyed hosting guests. The accommodation itself was comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything one could possibly need on a holiday. The well-maintained pool and hot tub were a true highlight of our stay. We spent many enjoyable hours relaxing in the pool area. The beds were comfortable, allowing us to get a good night's sleep after long days of exploration. The cooking facilities were excellent, allowing us to prepare our meals with ease. The location rental was perfect, being a short drive away from both the seaside and the Kennedy Space Center. What impressed us even more was Ann & John's thoughtfulness. Knowing that we were arriving late, they provided us with water, fruit salad, and milk for our arrival, ensuring we wouldn't go hungry or thirsty after our journey. Communication with the hosts was excellent from the beginning to the end of our stay. They were quick to respond to any inquiries and made sure we had all the information we needed. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a truly special and enjoyable holiday experience.

Lovely stay! Would definitely come back
My friends and I made a trip down to Titusville for a holiday weekend. Though I am familiar with that part of Florida, I had not spent much time in Titusville. Ann and John’s place was lovely - and they could not have been kinder hosts. Our flight arrived very late on Friday night, and Ann had made sure that we had a fruit tray waiting for us in case we hadn’t eaten. She was right! The airport had run out of food because it was a holiday weekend and there were so many canceled flights, so we really appreciated the kind touch. They were the perfect blend of helpful, but not intrusive. And the space was perfect for us. The trundle bed was very comfortable as was the queen size bed in the bedroom. And the pool area was lovely as well. We had coffee in the mornings pool side. The area is conveniently located not far from the Orlando And, Melbourne Airports. And also very close to Cape Canaveral, and the Cape Canaveral seashore, which is stunning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely recommend their sweet spot. And we hope we can go back!

Perfect Getaway!
My husband, 2 year old daughter, and I stayed at Ann and John's place for a week. Let me tell you, if you're even considering staying here, do yourself a favor AND DO IT! Ann and her husband are sweet as pie and were very welcoming. We had absolutely everything we needed and more. Don't let the fact that it's a part of the main house deter you, you can't even tell when you're in the apartment. It's very private and spacious. The pool and patio are to die for. We will definitely be back!

Titusville Oasis
We traveled to Titusville initially for a wedding, but decided with all the rave reviews I would extend our stay and make a vacation out of it. I was pleasantly surprised with the property and hospitality the hosts provided. We had plenty of towels to enjoy the pool and the nearby beaches. I had no idea we would have a pass to the national seashore provided to us. What a bonus! This was my first time VRBO'ing and I liked the safety of staying in a home rather an unfamilar hotel. After meeting the hosts, I felt right at home and my family enjoyed every bit of time we were at "home". The restaurants recommended to us were so delicious and we kayaked with manatees. The beach was a double red flag so we hung back more than expected and we all 3 came back so refreshed from our trip! Thank you again Ann and John!

Really great place. Hosts were lovely, very welcoming and generous. The apartment is really nice. Backyard area is private and pretty as well as spacious. Neighborhood is very quiet, fairly upscale. If you like to bird this is wonderfully convenient to Merritt Island NWR. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Birder's dream!
This clean, spacious, well appointed property is an easy drive to many birding hotspots. Merritt Island NWR includes the 7 mile Blackpoint Wildlife Drive which is amazing! Also nearby are several points on the Great Florida Birding and Wildlife Trail such as Orlando Wetlands Park, Tosohatchee WMA and Hatbill Park. The hosts, Ann and John, are very warm and welcoming. The 1 BR apartment includes a kitchen and living room and could easily be used for an extended stay. This VRBO is an easy 40 minute drive from Orlando Intl. airport and is a wonderful, warm, winter escape from the cold up north!

Awesome base for our mini adventures!
We had such a wonderful time staying at Ann and John's home. They were so welcoming and truly have a gift of hospitality. We never needed for anything. And the pass to the Canaveral Seashore was such an added bonus. My husband still marvels at the beach and how we pretty much had it all to ourselves. (I even managed to enjoy the beach, until the sand wanted to go with us, and I remembered why beaching is not my fav. Lol) Seriously, being able to go to Merritt Island and explore was 2 days well spent (take the Wildlife Drive if you want to see gators in the wild!). Cannot say enough good stuff about our stay. My only regret was we were on the go so much that we did not get to use the hit tub and only used the pool once. Will be back again to do more of that! Highly recommend!!

The Highlight of our Vacation
Ann and John are the kindest most hospitable people we've ever had the pleasure to meet! The home is simply perfect! Clean, quiet and calm (I slept better here than in my own bed!) Ann and John thought of everything, from simple spices in the cabinet to the beach pass! The backyard oasis made the trip even better. I wish I could give the space more than five stars!

We highly recommend this place. our stay was much better than we expected. Ann and John are very kind people and always ready to help with whatever we need. We enjoyed the pool and barbecue. This place was very convenient because it is only 20 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center where our son had his summer camp. The environment is beautiful and peaceful. We will definitely go back . Perfect birthday weekend getaway!
Great weekend away! My husband and I were in the area to go to the Kennedy Space Center and wanted something a little more personal than a hotel. Ann & John were amazing hosts. Prior to arrival Ann texted to let us know what was in the cottage and how to check in. It was super clean and we'll appointed... We didn't need anything. The hot tub was great to wind down in after the work week. The restaurant suggestions were spot on. We're definitely looking forward to a future stay.
