I don't even have the words to describe this place. We travel often and this house has become a new favorite. We even booked again the day we headed back home to ensure the dates were available. GREAT fishing, the dock has everything you need and the wildlife out in the ocean is amazing, especially at night during the bioluminescent time. We spotted many manatees, stingrays, dolphins, a baby dolphin dolphin, jelly fish, a whale, crabs and more during our kayak adventures. The bed was comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, I'd suggest to bring shampoo and soap, but other than that, this was a 10/10!

Everything about this home is great! It is unique and very spacious!! The view is amazing!! We saw a rocket launch while there directly across from us!! I would highly recommend this home and hope to be back again! I have stayed in many VRBOs and this was definitely one of my favs!!!

Location easy to find. Check in process was a breeze. Inside of home very clean. Loved the screened in lanai and dock. Stocked with plenty of towels and dishes in the kitchen.Grill available. We saw a launch. We saw manatees and stingrays from the dock. It was lovely and one of our favorite locations we’ve stayed due to the view, dock and lanai.

Amazing location

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The location on the river was great. The dock was the perfect location for seeing dolphins, manatees, and also rocket launches. Also, we appreciate being able to bring our dog. We would definitely stay here again.

Very relaxing, peaceful stay. Enjoyed watching dolphins and birds from the dock. Bring your fishing poles because the dock is the place to be with plenty of room for whole family. Amazing view of the rocket launch it's directly across the river. Huge house with nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Loved the kitchen and view from the kitchen. Would definitely stay again. Also enjoyed the piano very much.

Dock and Gazebo Highlight

Awesome Dolphin and Manatee show off the dock. Large property inside and out. Very nice kitchen. Very nice river front views. Nice quiet area. We really enjoyed the hot tub. Communicatoon with owner was very good. Check in very good. I recommend this property.

Quiet get away

This place is not your same ol’ enchilada. But we loved it. The location is perfect for launch viewing and escaping any crowd. Very very quiet. We saw a family of manatee at piers end. Lots of good size snook lurking around early mornings and late afternoon. I did not fish though. Next time I will be prepared to. We had a very nice and relaxing time. Could use some furniture updating, both indoor and out.

Amazing dock and views, large house

The real jewel was the dock! We saw so many (over 30 times) manatee below us swimming by, many with babies! Also had a few dolphins come by really close to and under the dock twice. The dock is also a great place to see launches from (pad 40 is to the right of the VAB (tall bldg) but to the left of the tall red rocket (KSC). The inside of the house was very large and spacious. A little more seats in the living room and it would be perfect, we used chairs from adjacent chess room so no biggie. Yes, some of the rooms of the house did not have much furniture but the house was so large we did not even use those rooms (5 of us). We jokingly called it the "mini winchester house". Orlando was a easy 45 min away, though we preferred Titusville area. Hot tub and firepit were great. Kitchen very large and new appliances with amazing views. Dock was large and nice with a bar area, mini fridge, and a light. Lights in some parts of the house took a little bit to get used to. Water was usually so clear! Maintenance man and his wife were so sweet and nearby, enjoyed meeting them. They even keep the cove area at the end of the street pretty and clear. Book this property you will not regret it! Miss it already and hope to return. Thanks again for sharing this amazing house and dock with us!

This property is very unique. The house is huge and has all the amenities you need. We absolutely loved the dock and that is where we spent most of our time. We are big into fishing and caught many varieties of fish. The view is absolutely amazing! We also saw dolphin and several manatee that came right under the dock. The host is very easy to communicate with and even let us know about a rocket launch so we could see it. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

A nice spacious home with an incredible dock. We enjoyed the dock every night of the stay and saw stingrays, puffer fish, manatee, dolphins, a shark and many birds. It was very nice waking up with the sunrise on the water.

Great location with private pier and plenty of ocean wildlife seen (a manatee swim by, porpoises, rays, etc). The house has a unique character that grows on you - private, quiet and nice, with easy access to grocery store, restaurants and Kennedy Space Center. Perfect for launch watching.
