Wonderful vacation home
My wife and I had a great holiday weekend at this home. Very clean, well furnished and appointed, and a fantastic pool in which to swim and cool off. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood with quick access to all the essentials and the Canaveral National Seashore and Playalinda Beach. Smart TVs in every room, comfortable furniture, good air conditioning, even a pinball machine in the laundry room. We had a great time and plan on returning.

Great place.
This was my second time staying here. Stayed here for our family vacation. It was amazing. Great location close to everything. My family and I really enjoyed the house . The pool was great as well. Denise is wonderful. Definitely recommend. We will be back for a 3rd time.

Winter getaway
When I arrived the entry code didn’t work but the maintenance worker showed up immediately to let me in. I had an ant issue, common in Florida, which he promptly sprayed for and I didn’t have anymore issues for the remainder of my month stay. The neighborhood was safe, the heated pool is a huge bonus in my book. The owner always responded to any of my inquiries immediately. I enjoyed my stay so much I’m hoping it becomes my annual winter get away home.

Not renovated as listed. Very dated home. Pool listed as heated but was freezing and we were told it was kept 80-85. AC went out on Thanksgiving. They did get fixed next morning but it was a simple maintenance issue that if doing maintenance it would be caught. Neighbor has crap everywhere.

Just noticing this review 2/7/23 Not sure what this guys issue was? A bad apple! The home is exactly as pictured, except new bed spread in M Bed, so yeah older home but new to newer furnishings with stellar reviews. We do keep the heat set between 80 and 85 and have for all the years we have been here.

If possible, we try to use Vrbo whenever we travel. This is the first poor review I’ve written. If I could give it 0 in all categories, I would. The house was filthy. When we turned on the only lamp we saw in the living room, the light bulb couldn’t have been more than 40 watts. The kitchen and hall lights didn’t work. The digital thermostat in the hall was blank. Since the hall light didn’t work, we had to use a cell phone flashlight to try to get the AC going. It didn’t work, so there was no air conditioning. The hall bath had urine and pubic hair on the rim, and there was urine in and surrounding the toilet. The bathtub had a anti slip mat that was once clear. It had yellow stains on it. There should not be a mat in the tub of a rental because bacteria and viruses grow underneath the mat. The bed in the primary bedroom had no sheets. The pillows were thin and gray because they were old. The mattress pad hadn’t been removed to wash. The dirty sheets were lying on the laundry room floor. The bedspread was hanging over a chair. The kitchen sink had blackish stains in it and the trash hadn’t been removed. The pool had algae growing all over it. There was exposed pool mechanical equipment in full view and it appeared to be broken. The pretty patio furniture shown in listing was non existent. When comparing the photos in the listing, it became clear the listing photos were old ones and didn’t reflect the actual condition of the house. We took pictures of the house’s condition, locked it up and left. We booked a hotel.

Overall the experience was good. I brought my 2 dogs and chose this one because of the fenced yard. The house was very clean. Plenty of towels and bedding. Kitchen had everything we needed (non food items) to prepare meals. Pool was perfect. Only issue was the grass was way past time to be mowed and did not get mowed the week we were there due to a mower issue. It was too long for us to enjoy the included cornhole game and too long for me to properly clean up after my dogs. I would rent it again as long as I had a guarantee that the grass would be cut.

Well I am glad you enjoyed the perfect pool, and clean, fully stocked home. Unfortunately we are unable to control the supply chain needed to bring parts to repair our equipment. I don't think there is anybody that can guarantee much at this point except one thing! We will do our very best to make your stay the very best! Good location for Kennedy and launches. Pool is good. Had an issue with the hot water, none during the 3 night stay, property manager was responsive but the leak was under the slab.

Perfect place to stay.
This was the perfect place for my family to stay while visiting my grandma. The pool was lovely and we were in it twice a day while we were there. We enjoyed coffee and after dinner drinks on the patio while watching the birds and lizards. We would love to stay again in future visits!

Great place to settle for your trip to Florida see my review and you can prepare accordingly
Good house for small family. This home is not huge but it did supply all basic needs except a hair dryer. There is a coffee pot that you can brew a pot of coffee and also k-cups! Basic kitchen appliances, outside grill, bring your charcoal. You will need to buy spices as there are none there. No left over aluminum etc. Lighting in home is with soft white so when putting on make up I had to open the door to the outside (from the master bathroom) to get enough light to see. Bathroom storage is lacking. While we were there, there was a gas leak, had to have the gas company out 2 times, laundry room hot water tank had gas leak also. No CO monitor in home. Pool was great; by putting the cover back on at night kept the pool warmer for the next day. Outdoor space nice. Neighbors were pleasant. No beach chairs or large cooler supplied. One small 6 pack cooler avail. Wi-fi, each room had TV’s, pin ball machine in laundry room was a nice distraction while it rained. No games supplied, some DVD’s and Wii console. Beaches are close (driving) there is a binder with a lot of great info on them.

Cold pool and spiders everywhere
We selected this location a couple months ago and being we have had issues with a pool heater in a previous VRBO not working we asked 2 separate times if this pool was heated we were told yes. After letting the property owner know the pool was not warm during our stay she made up some story that she talked to us on the phone which was entirely false. During our stay there were a lot of spiders and a few cockroaches around the house so we had to buy some home defense while we were there which helped during our stay. Lastly we use VRBO quite often and have always had the owner/property manager reach out to us at the beginning of our stay and not once during or after did they reach out. The only time they responded was after our concerns. I wanted to give them a chance to respond to our issues but Denise decided to make up stories instead.

I really wish this individual would have mentioned what stories I told because I have no idea what she or he is referring to so that makes it difficult to reply. We have had glowing reviews from 99% of our guests. We have a fairly new heat pump and keep the temperature set between 80 and 85. We also have a solar cover that if left on the pool when not in use keeps the temperature very nice. We have a 10-year Termidor treatment On our home so if you see an occasional bug it will be dead within 24 hours. It is true we don't bother our guests with unnecessary phone calls on their vacation. However if there's an issue we respond immediately. Phone calls directly to the owner are encouraged, text is very acceptable, and email is always allowed but might take a little longer for a reply.

Perfect for us
We had a very comfortable stay here in Titusville and the house suited our needs all around. It is close to Publix and a couple of miles from the historic area. The pool was terrific! The yard was great, as we also brought our dog. Relative to other houses we’ve rented at this price point, the furnishings, linens, etc aren’t as nice, but we had we needed and everything was perfectly functional and represented accurately in the listing. We won’t hesitate to stay here again!

We have stayed here 5 times in the past 10 years. This time we needed to stay one extra night in order to get our car repaired. The property was not booked for the remainder of the week, so availability was not an issue. The charge quoted by Denise was much higher than the cost for a single night. Discussion regarding the cost did not go well. We will not be staying here in the future.

I don't understand this? We simply prorated your stay based on what you were charged for your stay. Perhaps you didn't figure the bed tax charged by the state of Florida? We have not raised our price of $250 per night for over 10 years however when trip advisor bought out Homeaway they added a service fee and we have no control over that.

Dog friendly, quiet space
Adequate family home, served our needs as a meeting point to vacation with our adult children on military leave. Not our best vacation rental we have stayed in, as many things were falling apart, due to wear and tear. Bonus, many lizards and tree frogs in the yard, but we did not see any palmetto bugs! Also, not as clean as expected from listing or owner's email. Seems this property often only has 6 hours turn around between guests, which may cause corners to be cut when cleaning. The king bed sheets had not been washed, as there were still human and dog hairs in the bed when we arrived. Luckily, we found clean sheets in the closet and changed the bed ourselves. But no laundry soap to be found. This was our first vacation with a dog, and the space was great for privacy and security in the fully fenced yard. Neighborhood was quiet and the pool was very clean and relaxing. Location was convenient, within 2 hours of everything. We found it easy to drive to Playa Linda beach, Devil's Den for scuba near Gainesville, swimming with manatees in Crystal River, and a day at Disney Hollywood Studios. We highly recommend the bioluminescence kayaking tour at Haulover Canal! Overall, if willing to overlook the aging home, this space was average and worked out for our family.

So sorry but the sheets are ALWAYS washed. I have had the same cleaning crew for over 10 years. Everybody loves them, they are kind honest people who dont need to cut corners on this house. They have another they clean but double the size and they can clean it in 6 hours. This one takes 3 or 4.

Perfect cozy get away
The place itself was adorable. Lots of room in a small house for me, my husband, my 2 6ft sons and pets. The backyard was an oasis. The pinball machine, the wii, the pool kept our evenings busy. Location: close to the beach, to Space Center and some great little shops in Titusville. The owner was super responsive. The house was clean and the AC worked perfectly! Thank you for a great week.

Air conditioner not working upon arrival, no ac entire time
Older small 3 bdrm ranch block house in middle of some much needed updating. AC unit old/needs replaced. Inoperable upon arrival. Repairman sent out twice, unable to repair (bad circuit board). I over heard that the unit had problems long before our stay. Humid and damp house for eight nights (entire stay). Lack of concern by owner very disappointing. Bed room TV's are 20" monitors. Need upgraded or just removed. Modems on two TV's broken. Had to contact Brighthouse (cable company) to repair. Came out day two, were able to repair 2 out of 3 of the bedroom Tv's. Large TV in living room worked, but had to replace dead batteries in most of the remotes. Bathrooms very small (small house). Hall bath outdated and had issues with toilet upon arrival. Kitchen with minor updates and is functional. You are paying for the heated pool which was recently resurfaced. Pool is nice, but we have stayed in nicer Space Coast vacation homes for the same price point since relocating from Merritt Island twenty years ago. Maintenance was there most mornings only to scrub the sides of the recently refinished pool. Was sent an email shortly before our arrival, saying that the cleaners and maintenance were working hard before our arrival making sure everything was clean and ready for us. That was either an automated text or ?? It's unusual that we not leave a tip for our hotel or vacation rental stay. Sad to say, one was not left for this stay and we will not be staying again.

Well sadly this is what you get when you don't pay ransom demands. My cousin, Two relatives over 90 and I had stayed in this "roomy" 3 bed 2 bath home for 30 days, only 5 days before this "gentleman" stayed. I came strictly to prepare for the busy season, and just had the pool professionally refinished as well as many other little things. Within minutes of the gentleman checking in I got a call requesting compensation, not repair (red flag) for his issues with toilet that were soon rescinded. Kitchen is all newer everything? Then day 2 (Christmas Eve) another call this time for A/C not working. Licensed A/C repair came out, ordered part and returned when part received. I did have service for heat during my stay, but too cold for a/c. Knowing my guest was immediately attempting to find reasons for comps I took a screen shot of the weather forecast ahead. The low on Christmas Day was 52 so due to low temps I did not cave to the demand for "comps or a bad review". Repeat guests from last year are staying now, no complaints and booking again for next year now. BTW a/c unit NOT old.

Perfect and efficient.
This was a perfect house for our small group. We had 6 adults and spent our days at the beach. Proximity to Publix was excellent - we loaded up on ice and sandwiches on our way to Cape Canaveral National Seashore. . We loved having the fenced-in pool in the yard - it was refreshing. We did not locate the skimmer which would have been helpful as there was daily afternoon showers and debris would get in pool. The linens and towels were very well organized and labelled for ease. Kitchen was well stocked with housewares. No Keurig but we brought our own. There was a drip brew coffee maker, toaster and microwave. We did not cook any meals but certainly could have. Code lock was simple and effecttive. Neighbors seemed nice. We would recommend this rental for 6 or fewer people and we would definitely rent again!! Denise was easily reachable by phone to answer any questions we had. Great host.

Nice House. Good Value.
Three bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins). Two bathrooms. House is a little small (probably 1,100-1,200 square feet). Outside is great with pool and a private fence. House is conveniently close to Publix for shopping; Kelcey's Restaurant (great neighborhood pizza/Italian); Canaveral National Seashore (must go - awesome beach); Kennedy Space Center (must go). Pinball machine is excellent. Living Room sofa & TV is good. Laundry Room is good. It is a good house for 2-5 people (any more would be packed). Some things could be improved - mattresses were not very good, zero shelf space in bathrooms, a few amenities like soaps and trash bags. Overall a nice house at a good price. I would go back.
