Watch rocket launches, sunrises, sunsets, dolphins, manatees, stingrays, varieties of birds,and bioluminescence at summer. Short driving distance to stores, restaurants, access to Hwy 95\. Only 38 min East of Orlando Int'l Airport. Drive 1 hour to the theme parks, 50 min to Daytona Beach, 9 m to NASA, 20 m to Cape Canaveral Cruise Port, Cocoa Village, 25 m Cocoa Beach. This Mid-Century block house is sparkling clean, cozy and takes you back in time. The area around the house is surrounded in greenery. The guesthouse (located in oak woods on the back of the property 800 ft from the waterfront), car port, back and front yard, waterfront, dock, and 9 beautiful wooded acres to roam on.
