Fantastic vacation home, Villa Lili, on the idyllic island of Murter, Croatia

Dear Guests, we are delighted to welcome you to our home and hope that you will feel right at home and enjoy a relaxing and wonderful stay. We have put our hearts into creating an atmosphere that will make your time in Dalmatia unforgettable. Our home (Villa Lili) was completed in late April 2024 gebaut.Es. It is located in the old town of Murter and is a traditional stone house. As you enter, you’ll find a courtyard featuring a brick barbecue, two seating areas, a large dining table with two benches, and a small table perfect for enjoying a cosy cup of coffee. The outdoor staircase leads to the ground floor, where the terrace is located. Immediately to the right behind the first door are the washing machine and a small storage room. On the far left is an outdoor bathroom with a toilet., When you enter the house, you’ll find a large living room with a kitchen, from which you have direct access to the pool. The kitchen is well-equipped and features a kitchen island. The dining table is located in the centre of the room. The living room sofa and a large flat-screen TV invite you to relax. From the living room, you have direct access to the private pool (1.50 m deep), where two sun loungers await you. You can access the ground floor from both the outside and the inside. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. The first bedroom features a 1.80 m by 2 m double bed (box spring) that offers plenty of space for a comfortable night’s sleep. It also includes a wardrobe, two nightstands with lamps, a flat-screen TV, a window, and a balcony door leading out to the balcony. On the balcony, a table and two lounge chairs await you so you can enjoy the sunset. There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Bed linens and towels are provided. The second bedroom features two beds: a 1.60 m × 2 m double bed (box spring) and a 1 m × 2 m single bed (box spring). Just like in the first room, there are two nightstands with lamps, a closet, a flat-screen TV, a window, and a bathroom. This room is slightly larger than the first one. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Bed linens and towels are provided. In the hallway between the two rooms is the door leading to the terrace. The seating area on the terrace consists of a modern, black rattan set. The furniture is placed under a large umbrella that provides shade. A shaded parking space for two cars is available. The nearest beach is 700 metres away, the town centre is 1.2 km away, a supermarket is 450 metres away, a restaurant is 170 metres away, a clinic is 600 metres away, a pharmacy is 600 metres away, the tourist information office is 950 metres away, the post office is 1.2 km away, a currency exchange is 950 metres away, an ATM is 750 metres away, a petrol station is 1.6 km away, and a supermarket is 1 km away. You have the option to go on a bike ride (the bike paths are very well developed), book a boat tour to Kornati National Park, rent a motorboat, book a diving tour, etc. Directions: Once you’ve crossed the bridge onto the island (village of Tisno), continue past the village of Jezera. You’ll then come to an crossroads; the road to the village of Betina is on the right, and you’ll turn left towards Murter. Continue following the road. After a sharp curve, drive straight ahead until you see a large car park on the right with a sign for RETRUM d.o.o. (you can find a photo of the sign in the photo gallery). We’ll be waiting for you there to hand you the keys and escort you to the house and car park (address of the holiday home: Lisina 6).
