Here, you rent the entire Manoir de la Rulette, a 600 m² property designed to comfortably accommodate 20 people in 9 bedrooms with 6 bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen includes 2 dishwashers, 2 fridges, 1 freezer, an oven, a microwave, and all the necessary equipment to cook for 20 people!

For families, there are 3 children's beds, a fully stocked game room with a pool table, foosball, home cinema TV, Wi-Fi, jacuzzi, sauna, barbecue, pétanque, ping pong table, badminton, a football goal, and a Mölkky game.

Tintigny is located at the crossroads of France, Luxembourg, and Belgium. Access is easy: the E411 motorway is just 10 minutes away (exit 29, Habay, then follow directions to Etalle and Tintigny).
If you're coming from France via the Autoroute du Soleil, you’ll pass through Luxembourg and discover our beautiful Belgian province of Luxembourg.

Important Information

This house is intended to host groups of up to 20 people, perfect for family gatherings, reunions with friends, workgroups, and seminars.
Strictly forbidden: overly festive parties such as bachelor/bachelorette parties, student events, or groups under 25 years old.

Pets are allowed with an additional fee of €20 per animal.
Tourist tax: €1 per person per day, payable on-site.
Wellness area (jacuzzi, sauna, and bathroom) is optional and costs €175 per stay.
Firewood (optional): €25 per stay. The central heating is sufficient and included; firewood is an extra comfort.
Smoking is prohibited indoors, but a covered outdoor terrace is available for smokers.
