Jenny and her father Jean are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Don't hesitate to ask them for anything. The house is MAGNIFICENT. It's a beautiful large property the feels like a brand new construction on your own private compound. Everything seems brand new and luxurious all over the house. There's so much room for everyone. We loved using the pool and cooking on the grill. Plenty of great things to do in the area including a ferry to Yellow Beach. I can't say enough good things about these people and their home. If it's available for you, book it right now!"

"Overall, the property was as described and met our expectations in terms of location, amenities, and layout. We enjoyed our stay and found the home comfortable.However, the cleanliness was not quite up to the standard we expected. Upon arrival, we found an opened bag of ice left in the freezer, an opened bag of peanuts in one of the kitchen cabinets, and a discarded takeout container left on the deck. There were also pool toys scattered throughout the property rather than being put away. None of these issues significantly impacted our stay, but they gave the impression that the property had not been thoroughly checked or cleaned between guests.One other item that prospective guests should be aware of is the steep and somewhat challenging staircase leading up to the property. While it was manageable for us, it may be difficult for older guests or anyone with mobility concerns. It would be helpful if the listing included more information and photos of the stairs so guests can better assess whether the property is a good fit for their needs.With a little more attention to detail from the cleaning team and greater transparency regarding the stairs, this would be an excellent rental experience."
