With 175 m² of living space and a private 26 m² swimming pool, this peaceful retreat accommodates up to 10 guests, perfect for families or groups seeking a relaxing countryside getaway. Originally built in 1961, the villa still showcases authentic Istrian stonework, now complemented by thoughtful extensions and a complete renovation in 2017\. Set in the quiet village of Kringa, just 20 km from the sea, it offers the best of rural tranquility while keeping the coast within easy reach. The villa features two floors of bright and inviting interiors. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious open-plan area where the fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and living room come together. Also the house is in a quiet area. It is very clean and the house has everything you need. It definetly matches with the given description of this property. The property owner is very kind and questions are answered in shortest time. It is also to be noted that the property owner supplies you with good informations about the area of Istria where you can go and visit. Zwei Familien können, Dank Pool, gut relaxen. Hier und da hätte das Haus kleine Schönheitsreparaturen nötig. Der Gastgeber und seine Familie sind sehr bemüht und stehen jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Die Reaktionszeiten sind sehr kurz. One downside is that the property is listed as having AC. This is true for downstairs and the 2 master bedrooms upstairs however the 2 remaining bedroom had no AC. The owner provided fans when asked which did help but this should be stated on the villa information. Nice and central, 20 mins from Porec, 25 mins Rovinj. Fabulous restaurant 2-3 mins walk from the Villa which is also great for children (need to book). As for the Villa owner probably the best I have seen over the years. Attentive to every detail to the point that they sorted out birthday cake for my daughters birthday. Thank you. ##### David D.
