Beautiful view, very quiet, spacious house, nice swimming pool. The fly screens are useful, but difficult to handle.

#### Alles top, aber ein dickes Minus

Es gibt ganz viele Pluspunkte. Die Immobilie, das Grundstück sind super sinnvoll aufgebaut, total schick und sauber. Jedoch gibt es einen sehr hravierenden Minuspunkt. Es wird Internet angegeben. Es existiert auch ein Funkrouter, jedoch jann kein Internet hergestellt werden und ist damit faktisch nicht nutzbar. In der heutigen Zeit ist das fast ein KO Kriterium. Internetzugang sicherstellen. Qenn das nicht möglich ist: Internet aus der Beschreibung entfernen und den Preis anpassen.

#### Ein Träumchen...

Wer sich nicht daran stört etwas im Hinterland zu wohnen, ist hier genau richtig. Wir wurden von Romina und Ronni sehr freundlich empfangen und durchs Haus geführt. Für uns war das Haus perfekt - wir haben uns bewusst für etwas Abgeschiedenheit entschieden - die Ruhe war herrlich, unser Hund konnte durch den komplett eingezäunten Garten toben. Wer Lust auf Meer und Trubel hat fährt morgens bequem in 20 Minuten ans Meer oder nach Porec, Ronvinji, Vrsar oder zum Einkaufen in die großen Supermärkte. Mittags dann Entspannen am mega tollen Pool . Der Außenbereich ist mit ganz viel Liebe angelegt und gepflegt. Top natürlich auch noch: alle Räume mit Klimaanlage! Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen!
