If you are looking for a modern and artistic designer villa… your search is over. Being part of the brand BR Villas, in small village Radetici, Villa B1 – Petit offers comfort and privacy amidst glorious natural beauty.



Modern design, along with art details and natural textures, designer signed furniture and materials, create a unique ambience and a distinctive brand, led by designer Boris Ruzic.



All rooms are spacious and stylishly decorated with natural textures. It can accommodate up to 6 people, which is ideal for families. Villa has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and outdoor pool. The specificity of this villa is a hidden atrium courtyard surrounded by stonewalls and an interesting line of swimming pool. Whole villa is covered with Wi-Fi internet.



Its geographical location allows a 20-minute access to local towns and beaches along the coast of the Istrian peninsula. It is truly a genuine piece of rustic paradise surrounded by old cottages and nature.

Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so benötigt.

Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so benötigt. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, bis zum Strand nach Porec sind es knapp 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir waren zu viert dort und fanden leider nur zwei Liegen draußen vor. Für einen Tag am Pool mit 4 Personen sind 2 Liegen leider zu wenig, hier könnte nachgebessert werden. Fliegengitter an den Fenstern wären sehr hilfreich, wir hatten aufgrund der Moskitos auch Tagsüber leider keine Möglichkeit mal durchzulüften. Ansonsten ist das Haus in einem guten Zustand und es ist alles vorhanden was man so benötigt. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig sauber gemacht und ein Bettwäschewechsel wurde uns nach 5 Tagen angeboten. Service Top!!!!
