Villa Joze is a modern villa for 6 people seeking relaxation and pleasure with a calming view of the wooded surroundings. The first floor has an open floor plan with a carefully furnished living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The wood-burning fireplace in the living room adds an extra dose of coziness and romance. A bedroom with its own bathroom and a separate toilet are also located on the first floor. A special feature of the first floor is the direct access from all rooms to the covered outdoor terrace, the perfect place for morning coffee. On the upper floor, with far-reaching views of the greenery, there are two further spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

The modern and elegant design of this villa is also reflected in the outdoor area with a private pool surrounded by sun loungers. To ensure additional privacy, the villa is fully fenced and has a spacious lawn area ideal for children's games. Swings, a slide and a trampoline are available for the little ones for additional hours of play. In addition to the pool, the outdoor area is equipped with a canopy with a charcoal barbecue and a dining table to enjoy al fresco meals. Round off the shared activities with table tennis or a picnic on a bench next to the tree for an unforgettable experience. This villa is a leader in the environmental awareness category because it uses alternative methods in the form of solar panels to heat water in the summer and even offers its visitors with electric cars a special charging port in the parking lot.Villa Joze is located in the heart of Istria in the village of Tinjan, which is about 20 km from the town of Porec. Tinjan is a small place known for its excellent gastronomy and the production of one of the best prosciutto in the world. Try traditional Istrian dishes in one of the many top restaurants not far from the villa. Don't forget to visit the romantic coastal towns of Pula, Rovinj and Porec. Rovinj is a particularly beautiful town that will delight you with its narrow streets, top restaurants and friendly locals. For all culture lovers, we recommend a visit to the city of Pula with its Roman amphitheater or a visit to the Brijuni National Park, where numerous archaeological sites can be found. Central Istria is ideal for all active vacationers and sports enthusiasts, cyclists and hikers. Visit small medieval towns perched on hills, such as Motovun, Buzet, Visnjan or Hum (the smallest town in the world).

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem wunderbaren Ferienhaus verbracht und hatten eine schöne Zeit! Der Pool ist sehr groß (4x10 Meter) und es gibt jede Menge Freizeitaktivitäten die bereit stehen wie z.B. Tischtennis, Federball oder ein Trampolin. Perfekt für Familien. Das Haus ist sehr modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war alles super sauber. Es gibt genug Geschirr und Töpfe. Gewürze mussten wir vor Ort noch besorgen. Es stehen auch Tabs für den Geschirrspüler bereit. Eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden (ohne Waschmittel). Handtücher für den Pool und die Dusche waren mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Es gibt zwei Parkplätze im Innenhof und eine 230V Schukosteckdose ist ebenfalls vorhanden um ein Auto damit zu laden. Die war bei uns allerdings ausgeschaltet. Sollte bedarf sein, dann bei den Besitzern nachfragen. Diese waren sehr nett und haben uns Gastgeschenke bereitgestellt. Die Kommunikation war ebenfalls super! Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
