This beautiful holiday home is located in a quiet village near the tourist town of Porec. It is ideal for guests who want to enjoy peace and relaxation.

Insgesamt ein sehr kleines Häuschen, für 2 Personen ausreichend, für 3 wird es schon recht eng. Und dick darf man auch nicht, das Bad ist mit ca 1,5m auf 2m sehr klein. Die Möbel haben die beste Zeit bereits hinter sich, erfüllen aber ihren Zweck. An Geschirr, Besteck und Töpfen ist alles in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Schränke sind leider viel zu klein und muffig, der Wasserdruck ist marginal. Das Haus hat weder Wasch- noch Spülmaschine und keine Klimaanlage. Ameisen sind dafür aber Stammgäste. Die Fliesen im Aussenbereich waren teilweise lose und dadurch besteht natürlich Verletzungsgefahr. Bei unserem Aufenthalt waren die Vermieterin und ihr Mann-Freund im kleinen Häuschen hinter dem Haus ständig da - das wollten wir nie und stand auch nicht in der Beschreibung. Fazit: Wer sparen möchte oder muss ist hier gut aufgehoben, wer etwas Komfort haben will ist fehl am Platz.

Enttäuschend

Positiv zu bewerten ist die ruhige Lage, der große Garten sowie die überdachte Terrasse. Unseren Hunden hat es prima gefallen. Der Rest war allerdings mehr als enttäuschend... Das "Haus" entspricht einer etwas besseren Gartenhütte. Und wenn "naturbelassen" lieblos und verwahrlost heisst, mag dies wohl zutreffend sein. Im Haus selbst roch es muffig. Ebenso das Bett bzw. Sofa. Eigenes Bettzeug ist zu empfehlen. In den Schränken lag Schmutz, das Geschirr und Besteck war ebenfalls dreckig. Absoluter Abschuss war allerdings das Bad. Die Duschwanne ist keimig, dreckig und kaputt. Die Haare der Vorgänger waren ebenfalls noch vorhanden. Der Wasserablauf ließ auch zu wünschen übrig. In der Dusche konnten wir das unter viel Ekel selbst beheben. Bad stand trotzdem unter Wasser. Den schlechten Ablauf beim Waschbecken sowie Spüle haben wir der Vermieterin gemeldet. Abhilfe ist trotz Zusage nicht erfolgt. Die Vermieterin haben wir auch nie zu Gesicht bekommen. Kontakt erfolgte ausschließlich in Englisch über WhatsApp. Das Wohnzimmer ist das Durchgangszimmer zum Bad, also auch eher ungünstig. Der vorhandene Grill ist kaputt und für die Gartenliegen gibt es keine Auflagen. Dafür Müll hinterm Haus... Die Überdachung der Terasse ist wie gesagt top, die Befestigung fragwürdig und teilweise sind die paar wenigen Schrauben, die das komplette Gerüst halten, ausgerissen. Die Bilder im Inserat entsprechen unter keinen Umständen der Realität. Empfehlen werde ich dieses Objekt mit Sicherheit nicht 👎

Unterkunft naja, Urlaub schön

Das Mietobjekt haben wir einem Zustand vorgefunden, welcher nicht unseren gewohnten Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards entsprach. Die Vermieterin selbst haben wir gar nicht gesehen, um über die Probleme zu sprechen. Novasol/FeWodirekt waren aber für alle Fragen und auch Probleme da und auch an einer adäquaten Lösung interessiert und bemüht. Im großen und ganzen haben wir trotz der negativen Dinge einen sehr schönen Urlaub, in entspannter Lage verbracht.
