However cleanliness is not as seen on the website. For example the red theme was a nightmare as its all faded and needs replacement. The bookshelf dusty, it brought lots of sneezing when I tried to search a material for reading. Der Wunsch nach einem zusätzlichen Hantuch ( da große Hitze mehrfaches Duschen erforderte) wurde erst nach mehrfachen Nachfragen 2 Tage später erfüllt. Ein tägliches Reinigen des Raumes und ersetzen der Bettwäsche erfolgt nicht mehr ! Das Frühstück ist dürftig! Es ist nicht möglich ,während des Tages ,nach dem Frühstück einen Kaffee oder andere Getränke zu ordern. Erfahrene Mitarbeiter an der Reception wurden durch unerfahrene Hilfskräfte ersetzt.
