VERY CLEAN, FRIENDLY HELPFUL STAFF. DECENT LOCATION. BEING CLOSE TO THE LUAS ITS NOT THE QUIETEST PLACE, BUT NOT THE WORST EITHER. CLOSE TO RESTAURANTS, COFFEE, QUICK STORES. THIS WAS MY 2ND STAY HERE AND I RECOMMEND IT IF YOU ARE A BUDGET TRAVELER. KEEP IN MIND YOUNG AND OLDER PEOPLE STAY HERE. VERY SECURE WITH DIFFERENT CODES FOR DIFFERENT SECTIONS. The property is only a couple blocks from the spire/needle and lots of shopping and restaurants. There are a few nagging maintenance issues that need to be addressed, i.e., diverter valves, door handles, window hardware, TV service (no audio for the main platform), etc. More importantly, the property is a half block from a street maintenance lot. Consequently, it is very noisy late night into early morning when these services are in full force. Ergo, leaving windows open leads to constant noise and closing them only slightly mitigates the noise from the near constant activity.
