"The actual place was nice. The check in process was challenging. We had to download an app and put in our passport information, etc. we didn’t have good internet service so it was very difficult. "Both breakfast and dinner had a good variety. The dining area was clean and so was the room assigned to us. There was a tiny bit of pressure to purchase drinks at dinner time. There was maintenance ongoing with the steam room and one of the saunas but this was not informed at all on the booking page. Likewise the beach which belongs to the hotel was also unavailable and again not mentioned on the booking page. These information should have been made available on the booking page and also not mentioned by staff until I specifically requested information. What’s with the secrecy? I find such behaviour unacceptable and short of rude. If such facilities are unavailable then I expected a discount on the room rates."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It offers a ton of fantastic activities for kids, the food is great with good variety, and the main pool temperature was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended, especially for kids up to age 9. Room for improvement: The water in the slides was a bit chilly; it would be great if they heated them a little more."
