30 m² studio with a south/west-facing balcony on the 1st floor with elevator.  
View of the mountains and slopes.  
Sleeping arrangements:  
Living room: convertible sofa bed: sleeps two.  
Entrance: two bunk beds.  
Bathrooms: Shower room, separate toilet.  
Kitchen: Electric hob, oven, filter coffee maker, refrigerator, and dishwasher.  
Additional amenities:  
Television, washing machine.  
No hair dryer.  
Bed and bath linens included for rentals of 1 week or more.  
PLEASE NOTE: Linens are NOT included during the summer period (July-August).
