Etat de l'appartement (très mal nettoyé avant notre arrivée, odeur de renfermé qui aura persisté pendant tout le séjour...) et son niveau d'équipement très en dessous de ce à quoi on pouvait s'attendre à la lecture de l'annonce, aux photos et à la description de l'appartement. WIFI ne fonctionne pas du tout (pas de signal dans l'appartement, impossible de travailler sur place), machine à café filtre obsolète (grâce à une réclamation sur place, machine à grains fournie le 2ème jour), TV avec problème de son, équipements manquants dans la cuisine (pas de panier de lave-vaisselle ou de balayette, il a fallu réclamer...)...
