Il a fallu attendre deux jours pour que la personne qui fait le ménage passe. La literie est dur et ancienne. L'isolation des fenêtres est très mauvaise et seul le chauffage du salon fonctionne réellement. Les autres en étant au maximum permettait d'atteindre 19° mais pas plus. Sinon l'équipement et l'emplacement étaient très bien. On est au centre de Val Claret. 50m du sherpa ou de la boulangerie.
