Il est très bien placé et est très fonctionnel (lave-vaisselle, machine à laver séchante, vaisselles, couettes, oreiller). Cependant à notre arrivée le ménage laissait un petit peu à désirer, de plus attention avec la douche car elle fuit sur les bords (peut être les joints qui sont fatigués) et le matelas du canapé qui commence à vieillir.
