Excellent communication by email prior to arrival where all my queries were answered. Checking in took 5 minutes and staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The appointment was clean, tidy and very comfortable. Everything was supplied in the appointment. Excellent location from the view of the slopes from the balcony to the ski in ski out. The lift was literally 100 meters away. Right in the centre plenty of bars and restaurants very close. Ski storage was provided and well located. All in all we had a fantastic time. The best weather we had had in 17 years of skiing. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate in returning. If I had any negatives it would be one minor one which would be the fact that there were no English channels on the TV. (Very minor) ##### Paul R.
