"Behaviour of hotel staff was very rude. I had an experience that hotel is doing me a favour by allowing me to stay in their hotel. They have excuses for everything. I do not recommend anyone for stay."
"The hotel was 5 star, the staff was helpful to a point, the Restaurent food was good, only thing We did not like was that hotel did not provide wash cloth in the bathroom and hotel lobby was very slippery for senior citizens.
Over all, our stay was ok.
