The space
#NOTE# Bali is currently very popular among investors, which is why there is a lot of construction happening in promising areas, especially in Canggu. There may be no construction when you book, but suddenly construction might start during your stay. Please understand that we have no control over this.


Step through the gate and you'll be welcomed by a sparkling private pool, complete with a cozy lounge area — perfect for soaking up the sun or unwinding in the afternoon breeze.

On the ground floor, you'll find a beautifully designed bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, along with a fully equipped kitchen, a stylish dining area, and an inviting living room featuring air-conditioning and a Smart TV for your comfort and entertainment.

The second floor has another bedroom with ensuite bathroom, Smart TV & large spacious balcony.

- 2 bedrooms : King Bed - 180 x 200 each, Smart TV, air-conditioning
- 2 bathrooms : 4 bath towels, 4 pool towels, hair dryer, hand wash, shampoo + shower gels are provided, but not toothbrush and toothpaste
- Private pool to chill out
- Kitchen : Microwave, pots and pans, cutlery, plates + bowls, mugs and glasses, dish soap are provided. It's also equipped with fridge, coffee machine and water dispenser

Guests enjoy full access to all areas of the villa, ensuring a comfortable and private experience. A dedicated villa manager is on hand to assist you throughout your stay, and our maintenance team is committed to keeping the property in pristine condition.

Casa De Loto is located in Canggu Berawa area. Berawa & Batubolong beach is just minutes away. Casa De Loto is tucked in a small alley, thus provides all the peacefulness but yet it's close enough to all the hits places in Canggu.

Online taxi such as Grab / Gojek are available and ordering food or online shopping are definitely not a problem.

Please be aware that the alley is only accessible to only scooter or city cars (Toyota Avanza or similar)

Check-In/Check-Out Policy:
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on the villa's availability. Guests are welcome to store their luggage before check-in.

Luggage Storage Policy:
We’re happy to store your luggage after check-out, however, please note that luggage storage is available until 3 PM only on the day of check-out.

Important Requirement:
All guests must submit a copy of their Passport or ID upon check-in as per Bali’s regulations.

>No smoking inside the villa.
Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. A cleaning fee may apply if this rule is violated.

>No parties or events.
The villa is not suitable for parties, events, or gatherings without prior approval.

>Quiet hours apply from 11 PM to 8 AM.
Please keep noise to a minimum during this time out of respect for neighbors.

>Registered guests only.
Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Extra guests are not permitted without prior approval.

>No pets allowed.
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in the villa.

>Please take care of the villa and its furnishings.
Any damage or missing items will be charged accordingly.

>Do not move furniture or decorations.
Please keep all furniture and décor in their original places.

>No illegal activities.
Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

>Use of the pool is at your own risk.
Children must always be supervised by adults. No glass items are allowed near the pool area.

>Check-in and check-out times must be respected.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.

> Insects & Nature.
Bali is tropical island, it is normal to occasionally see insects such as mosquitoes, ants, or small lizards around the villa. This is completely normal. The villa is cleaned regularly but this is part of the natural environment and cannot be fully avoided. Please keep the doors closed to help prevent insects from entering the villa.
