The front desk gentleman was very nice and knowledgeable about the area. The shuttle driver was very nice.
They only put decaf coffee so I asked the front desk if we could have regular coffee, she questioned me why I needed more coffee since the maid replenished the coffee, she finally said she would get some and bring to our room but never did. Also when the key card got deactivated, girl at front desk basically interrogated us wanting to know what we did to it.
