Für die beiden vorderen Schlafzimmer gibt es ein Bad mit Dusche und ein weiteres Bad mit Dusche ist direkt mit dem dritten Schlafzimmer, mit Blick in den Garten, angebunden. Ein Mähroboter hält den Rasen kurz. Im Garten gibt’s hinten eine große Feuerstelle. Auf der Terrasse steht der Hot-Tub den wir aufgrund von vielen Mücken nicht benutzt haben….Leider war die komplette Gartenbestuhlung (Dachterrasse, Garten vorn und hinten) trotz sonniger Tage schon komplett unordentlich zur Seite gestapelt (inzwischen dreckig, von Spinnenweben durchzogen) und somit nicht nutzbar. Die seitlichen Terrassendielen sind sehr glatt - Sturzgefahr. Eine Beschriftung der einzelnen Lichtschalter wäre sehr hilfreich gewesen oder ein „Hausbuch“ mit wissenswerten Infos zum Haus (Quocca, Garage, Backofen, Hot-Tub, Microwelle oder Dampfgarrer?). Ein Weinkühlschrank sowie weiterer Kühlschrank sind in privater Benutzung des Eigentümers und permanent am Strom angeschlossen - somit werden die Kosten dem Mieter aufgeschlagen.
