We offer you a relaxing stay in a stylish atmosphere. The carefully renovated holiday home is sunny and quiet in the middle of the small village of Mutten. The village is located high above the Schin Gorge. The journey itself is already an experience. In recent years, the house has been renovated with the help of a renowned architect. Old and modern elements harmonise with each other and make the house a cosy and comfortable holiday home. The holiday home has 2 bedrooms, a very spacious living kitchen and a bathroom with shower and WC. The house offers space for a maximum of four adults, and families are also warmly welcome (max. two adults / two children). A cosy seating area invites you to linger. The view of the surrounding mountain peaks is unique. A ski slope with a ski lift particularly suitable for children is located right at the front door. Arrival by Car On the Cantonal Road, either coming from Thusis or Tiefencastel, turn off at the Soliser Bridge onto the Muttner Mountain Road. Drive to Untermutten on a winding but wide asphalted road. The last section to the house consists of an unpaved natural road. The car can be unloaded in front of the house. Public car park in the village. Mountain road (from Mutten village exit: natural road), 4x4 recommended in winter. The final cleaning and bed linen are included in the rental price. Diverse Spielsachen schon vorhanden.. unser kleiner hatte wirklich Freude daran. 4x4 sollte schon sein.. sonst wird es etwas Tricki zum hochkommen.. Auto finde ich ist fast ein muss..da keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort. Mit dem Auto 30 Minuten nach Tusis! Für uns Perfekt. Sehr gerne kommen wir Mal im Sommer wieder.. und genissen die ruhige und aussergewöhnliche Lage. (Im Haus befindet sich eine recht hohe Treppe.. für kl.
