"I liked the roominess of the room and the two luggage holders so no one has to crawl around on the floor to open their suitcase. The shower was safe with two handles for getting in and out of the tub. The motel is located down Main St but far enough away from all the noise and traffic. Easy to get around town. Also located close to the hospital to visit someone."

"This is a homey, sweet, accessible inn at Acadia. There is also a market as part of the premises for those things one needs to camp, hike, general recreation. BTW the included continental breakfast muffins are delicious!!!"
"Not fancy but clean and very conveniently located to Acadia National Park (short drive or take Island Hopper) and Bar Harbor Shops and Restaurants (walking distance) Susie at front desk very helpful! Every night after dinner we walked the path along the shore and back to the motel. Second time we have stayed here! Will be back! "

"Otter Creek Cottage worked very well for our group of six adults (two couples and two singles), it would also work great for someone with kids (the attic has so much room)! The property manager, Tim, was very responsive. Location is convenient to both Bar Harbor and Acadia, and an easy trip to Roosevelt-Campobello, and so many other things. Kitchen is very well stocked (loved the storage options)! The area is quiet, we enjoyed the back yard (plenty of seating), easy walk to a small market. Wi-Fi access was good. It was a wonderful stay! "We had a wonderful stay at Schooners Edge! The house was spacious, comfortable and clean. We were pleasantly surprised at the bathroom renovations that we weren't expecting. The best part was the view of the ocean, access to Acadia Park and Bar Harbor in addition to the beautifully maintained yard that included lots of privacy. Check-in was seamless and the kitchen was well stocked. My family had a wonderful time!"
