Firstly, £15 a day for the privilege of parking at the hotel and it’s on a first come first serve basis, is more the norm now bits it’s appalling, if you go out your not guaranteed your spot once returned.
Tv didn’t work until I asked twice for it to be sorted and the fridge didn’t work and didn’t get sorted.
However, it’s a lovely new/clean and well designed hotel. Comfy bed, lovely on suite and a great location for Paignton and close by Torquay. Overall we would go again!

"At the time of booking this place came up on Expedia after filtering for air con (required). The hotel has an "efficient adiabatic cooling system", which we found to be inadequate during our stay.
