We really enjoyed our stay at the Rock Cabin! Falling asleep to the sound of water and crickets was really wonderful. The restaurant was amazing! We especially loved having pie each morning with our coffee. Speaking of coffee, we loved walking into the cabin and seeing complementary local coffee, waiting for us. The resort itself was nice. The staff was very friendly and efficient. However our cabin was beyond rustic, the floor was not level, so bad that they used rocks to keep the cupboards shut. No toilet or electricity, stove, fridge and lights are all gas. Half inch spaces on either side of fridge let the outdoors in. I think that they could do better describing what you're getting for your $$. Also, a warning about the awful road, would be nice. Off the grid. The wifi only reaches a certain point. Bathrooms are separate from cabins. Cabins don’t have electricity but overall great to sleep in with gas lighting and wood fireplace if needed. The road has a lot of turns takes about a little over an hour to get to. Just keep driving and you will reach the cabin as there are no signs indicating if your going the right way or not but we followed GPS and it led us to there.
