Towels & sheets provided. A a mid-size fridge, microwave and coffee maker included. A highchair and Pack ‘N Play is also in the closet with a 3" mattress, mattress protector and fitted sheet. CONCRETE FRONT PORCH offers a peaceful setting with comfortable seating—perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or tea, evening cocktails, and the soothing sounds of birds and the nearby flowing river along with a view of the starry skies you won’t soon forget. \*\*\*\*\*PLEASE TAKE SPECIAL NOTE\*\*\*\*\*\* This property is divided into separate guest units. This Retreat (lower level unit) and the Main House (upper level unit). You are booking a PRIVATE UNIT, The RETREAT, on the lower level with NO SHARED SPACE with other guests. You will have: \-Separate lower level entrance \-Private bedroom & bathroom \-No shared indoor areas \-No shared outdoor areas It is possible that the Main House (upper level unit) within the same house may be occupied by other guests during your stay. Your keyless entry code will be sent to you prior to check in time. \*A short 1.5 mile drive takes you to “town”, where you’ll find a local brewery, coffee shop, boutiques, yogurt, tacos, and a selection of local restaurants on the river with live music on select nights. The Sequoia National Park entrance is only 7.5 miles from the home. \*The Three Rivers community hosts multiple festivals and large events throughout the year and easy access to Sequoia National Park!
