Problem checking in needs attention. No contact or keycode sent. Had to telephone and luckily the woman who answered sorted the issue. It did mean we were later checking in though. It was suggested that the problems were the fault if Hotels. Com If this is the case amd problems have arised for other guests, it be helpful to trt amd solve the problem do guests ger the messages they need to re check-in Having said this, i have stayed previously without an issue and find it good value for mo ey in a different location, close to the Baltic area and other attractions.

The host was absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for any more. Apartment was well equipped and considering being in the middle of all the bars and clubs was very well sound insulated. I would recommend to family’s that this is in the middle of a busy nightlife part of Liverpool so may not be suitable for young children. But workers/couples or friends it’s absolutely ideal for being in the centre. Thank you so much :) Sam

Room clean, quiet, and on a high floor as requested. Bathroom facilities and toiletries very good, and room warm and comfortable. The only thing lacking was a fridge, but overall the experience was very good👍. This was our 2nd visit to the Liner and we will be back.

The room was very big, the TV was poorly situated in the room could not be viewed from any of the beds in the room. The dressing table was in a dark corner with no light. The tea and coffee was found inside the wardrobe and had nowhere to situate it. We had to use the bedside table. The door handle fell off and fell on my husbands foot in the middle of the night. The bedside lights had loose connections and window catch was hanging off so we could shut the window. Towels smelt of cooking fat. The chaise longe was under a very large picture that you bang your head on. Breakfast was cold on the first day, the fried eggs were snotty today. The staff were accommodating when we raised these issues. We personally would not stay again.
