While the food was good and sumptuous, the duplex room (205) was a cramped and humid at night as the only ventilation was a small window. The window itself was covered 3/4 by a three growing outside. While we do understand that the environment is to be taken care off, there could be an additional fan given(which we had asked for, but not provided). The ceiling fan over the bed was quite high which hardly provided any comfort. The swimming pool though looked inviting had too much chlorine and the filter did not seem to work. The WIFI worked only in the lobby and not in the rooms. The staff was very courteous. Loved the patio in the evenings which without other noisy guests was very very peaceful. It was an amazing experience to stay in Hotel Ravine! The hospitality, room service, housekeeping and restaurant everything was excellent. The staff gave us a warm welcome and took good care of us. The property has indoor games like carrom, table tennis and pool as well as outdoor tennis courts. We visited during rainy season and would like to visit again in winter and summer.…

A not so nice hotel optimal for a night stay only…

Its far from the panchgani hub/market place. No shops nearby so if you dont have a car, gwtting basic things is a challenge. The non view rooms' windows open right on the road. It has a restaurant that only serves veg thali price 250 bucks. They do get ala carte from a nearby restaurant but min order 500 so dint order that. Thali was ok. What was most dissapointing was the shady kind of rooms. Creaky doors and creaky bed was uncomfortable in the night. I wouldnt want to go there even for staying the night next time.
