"I made a simple mistake making reservations for 4/18/26 instead of 4/11/26. I tried to cancel the 4/18/26 reservation but all I got was the runaround. I am out $187 for a simple mistake that neither EXPEDIA or the hotel would simply correct and refund my money. I made and paid for the 4/11/26 reservation at the front desk of the hotel. I still haven’t received any confirmation of my refund."

"My stay was ok it would have been better if I was told that they had not cable I could have brought my Roko or a firestick because the TV only have 4 channels working and the front desk kept pretending like they didn't know telling us they are working on it but we did get a discount for each night. "

"Gave our room away because arrived later in the evening. Room construction on the floor, Marijuana smell in the elevator. Room was so cold when we arrived, it felt like the north pole. Parking charged me money but the parking gate wouldn't accept the code sent to me. Had to wait for someone to leave in front of the hotel and park there. I feel ripped off. I was born and raised in Philadelphia and come home on occasion. This is by far one of the worst stays and experience I've ever had. Terrible stay."

"Was not happy with this stay. Pool shut down, valet driver having a bad day, room card didn’t work upon return from the evening breakfast was sub par with boxes of Joe for coffee from dunkin. We picked this hotel for the kids to enjoy the pool and its location not center of the city. However everything for the kids was shut down and even the waffle maker wasn’t working for breakfast. "

"Rooms are old and out of date. Only one elevator worked over priced for what’s offered free breakfast but they could have kept it"
