Lovely place to stay. Convenient for a regular bus and a 10 minute walk to the tram terminus. Had excellent meals in the pier house and Porto and Fi.

Great location, though a small trek from the train station- plan your abilities accordingly. Staff were lovely and it was cute! You do need to be able to walk up stairs with luggage. I wouldn't recommend this for folks with physical difficiluties or little ones. For us with our teens, it was perfect! Also right by "diagon alley" should you be an HP fan.
