This is a great place to stay for a very reasonable price! Nice view of the creek and clean pool. They also offer a raft for pool or creek floating. We stayed in the building with king beds. It’s beside a trolly stop and a nice couple of campgrounds. Not new and fancy but nice and clean! Seems to be a safe area as well. I enjoyed the rocking chairs on the patio.

Staff were friendly and the room was great. The water pressure in the shower was outstanding - probably the best I’ve ever had in a hotel shower. I cannot recommend this place enough. Great location in between Gatlinburg and pigeon forge - easy to commute between locations if you wanted to do both.

Clean Room, friendly staff especially Mr Rusty, lunch and dinner was delicious, family didnt have breakfast, family friendly resort. There isn't a gym or computer room, but you're close to everything. Pool was clean at all times, kids will not be bored there. Family will definitely return.

Loved being able to use the washer/dryer BUT not happy my daughter left her Owala and we remembered it to far down the road called and they said they would call us back after house keeping was done! "Toilet not secure (moved when you sat on it). No USB plug ins, bathroom sink faucet not secure, ac did not work properly and TV remote did not work to turn tv on and off nor to control volume. Bathroom was as dirty( last person’s towel in back of door and poop on wall)."
