However, i would suggest that the owner invest in an awning at the front of the building because when it rains, it's awesome to look at, but the front door can not be opened, as the rain will pour in. "Staying at fern court really gave me the island feel. With the garden view and lush colors of the island, it was a lot different from back home. The community is gated which is really nice. The apartment was super comfortable and I really liked the fact that I had a full kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Property is in ideal location. Located on 5th floor. Building is quiet. Area is tourist location so the blowing of horns was my only irritant but this is Jamaica. I felt comfortable there and able to cook and enjoy the view from the apartment balcony. The beach is close and needed a pass to get through the gate to access the beach. Check in was a breeze without delays. I will definitely be back to that apartment and location."

"Horrible place to stay, I stayed there for 11 nights and no housekeeping. The Bathroom extremely dirty and full of soap scum all over including bathroom mirror. There was always water on the bathroom floor from a leaking pipe which was a very unpleasant, unsanitary and disgusting environment for my 3 year old.
