Restaurant is managed by average, uninterested uncaring BOYS, who are not oriented towards customer care. Food too rich, though decently priced. Menu is limited. Buffet spread ordinary. Cleanliness needs a lot of improvement. Room maintenance average, water in bathroom was not clean enough, blankets old, needs replacement. Pool is good, children enjoy. Ambience is good, Spa is good, offered good discounts..Travel to and fro is an issue. Beach is not adjacent, and is not frequented by locals, hence travelling dependent on taxis and auto who charge exorbitantly. No shop or restaurants in vicinity. If one wants spa services and serenity without much disturbance, one odd walk on beach, then may opt. The authorities take full advantage of the fact that the resort doesn't have good food joint nearby. The reception staffs are extremely rude. The location of the resort is also an issue as it is much inside and to get an Auto someone has to walk a kilometre, the approach road is also narrow and shady post sunset.
