Beautiful house located near Nalanchira at just 1 km from both from NH and MC road. This place is ideal for families on travel, solo adventurers, business travellers, and friends get-together. Quiet and peaceful location close to all amenities and transport.
We have set up the place in a way that you can enjoy your time playing games in PlayStation(PS3), watching movies and shows on Amazon prime(free), reading books and magazines or listening to songs on speaker.
Guests can access the whole house and use all amenities.
House is situated near to Mar Ivanios nagar (colleges and schools), convention centres (Girideepam , Kottackattu, Malarvadi and Suryaprabha), Hospitals - KJK hospital and Medical college.
- TV and PlayStation (PS3), (have a collection of few games) and also can watch movies/shows on Amazon prime for free.
- High speed internet with WIFI
- Speakers which can be connected to phone using Bluetooth or AUX. Music should be played at all times indoor only.
- 3 cozy bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and attached bathrooms. (1 bedroom is air-conditioned).
