We ended up in Sanary for a quick stop over to break up our trip. We ended up staying 2 extra nights and came back for 4 more on the way home. We fell in love with this town and are considering it as a future option to live. It's got everything you like about the south of France and it's very French! Many places lose this in the summer months.
