John F. Kennedy gave a speech here outside the Kane County Courthouse In 1960. By chance during my visit a car show was in full swing, this 1962 Bentley definitely bringing that era to life.

This is a stone structure found in the Fabyan Forest Preserve. I cannot find any specific information on what it was used for, but in the early 1900s, an eclectic millionaire had transformed this place into a little wonderland including a Japanese garden, Dutch windmill, and a caged house that contained three bears. This place was a very interesting find.
