Honningsvåg Port is the gateway to Norway’s northernmost city and the famous North Cape. The port is just a short walk from the main street of Honningsvåg, where you will find restaurants serving seafood straight from the icy Arctic Ocean. Hike along rocky terrain from North Cape to Knivskjellodden. Watch the natural phenomenon known as the midnight sun between mid-May and late July on a nighttime hike. Knivskjellodden is the northernmost peninsula on the island of Magerøya and sometimes considered the northernmost point of Europe.

Travel across Kvalsund Bridge (Kvalsundbrau), a suspension bridge that crosses the Kvalsundet Strait and connects mainland Norway with the island of Kvaløya. At 2,431 feet (741 meters) in length, it is one of the longest suspension bridges in the country. The landmark structure is also the world’s northernmost suspension bridge.
