Super squeaky clean and great response from the team . Lovely place with a hill view . Loved every inch of the place . Great place to stay . Thanks to the team of Pema by Realm

Very very hospitable, the staff was absolutely amazing. We had no trouble, they were very helpful and accommodating. We have never come across a better hotel staff. The only Problem we faced with the hotel was that we were not able to pay the bill by card while checking out, but that was probably because of signal issues. Overall, Dusit was my favourite part of my Bhutan trip and I would definitely recommend it to anybody going to Thimphu or to any dusit hotel for that matter.

A beautiful property with huge rooms. Lovely design, nice restaurant. Would 100% stay again.

Very nice and hospitable place. Rooms were amazing and service was excellent.

It’s lovely hotel with friendly staff and delicious food.

It is a very nice hotel in the heart of the downtown but yet very open and with good views. the staff behaviour is excellent. the spa at the hotel is the Excellent and the staff is fully trained and conversant with the techniques. Only the food section need some improvement. the taste and preparation of the food was not upto the mark and chef and their cooking staff need to be trained properly.

The hotel did not give us...

The hotel is centrally located. Rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful. The serve good quality coffee and has a trained barista. The only downside is some of the rooms heating isn’t working at all.

room is well but the cost of food is very high. Staffs are nice.

The room and facilities were great but we were really disappointed with the service. We checked in around 3:30 pm and stepped out at 4. We asked specifically if there was going to be dinner served, they said yes. We got back around 8 pm and were told that the kitchen had closed and we should have put in an order for dinner before 7 pm. We mentioned that we had specifically asked about the dinner before leaving so we could plan accordingly and were told that we would be able to have dinner at the...
